Tiffany Bailey (Founder)

Tiffany is an Executive with a focus on Leadership, Business, and Community Service. She is both a Visionary and Philanthropist. She has received numerous awards, including the Governor’s Award for her work with small businesses. Raised by grandparents, Tiffany learned the importance of hard work and dedication at an early age.

Tiffany earned her first degree at the University of Florida, Bachelor’s of Science, and finally a Masters in Business Administration.

Tiffany serves as a role model for women and has worked as an advocate for healthcare awareness, education, women rights, and currently supports the movement to stop human sex trafficking. Tiffany is also a licensed Life Coach, and takes pride in her ability to mentor and add value to the lives of others.​​


Ernest Green (Assistant Director of Nursing)

Ernest Green is an Associate Director of Nursing. He has the ultimate responsibility in developing, implementing, and enforcing protocols for preventing medical errors. Ernest is a graduate from Indiana University, where he earned his first degree as a Registered Nurse. He then pursued his dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Strayer.​

Ernest began his career over 20 years ago as a Registered Nurse and has demonstrated success with patients suffering from mental illness, Alzheimer's, Dementia, rehab patients, and emergency patient care. He has years of experience in developing nurse programs to ensure quality patient services, and mentoring the future nurses of the world. Ernest is an active member of the nursing board, where he evaluates the performance of nursing departments throughout Northwest Indiana and recommends improvements. Ernest is an avid volunteer in the community where he teaches youth the importance of practicing healthy eating and living habits.
Kathy Cook (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Kathy Cook is a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she received her education from Michiana Health Care. She is a compassionate and service orientated professional with over 17 years of experience. She is energetic and patient-focused and has received numerous awards for providing high-quality patient care in long term health care centers and nursing homes.

She is certified in CPR and First Aid. She was featured in the South Bend, Indiana Newspaper for her work and support of women suffering from domestic violence, homeless, and mental illnesses. She is an active member of the community and has received awards from the City of Gary for her work with the homeless and elderly patients.


Twyla Smith (Certified Medical Assistant)

Twyla Smith is a Medical Assistant in Fairfax Virginia. Twyla has worked as M.A. for almost 20 years. Her life of caring for others started around the age of 10 when her mom had an aneurysm. She helped with giving medication and caring for her mother’s daily needs. Working in the healthcare field has given Twyla the opportunity to give back to her community and to continue her journey within the field of Medicine. Smith has an Associates Degree in Health Science and works part-time as a Certified Nursing Assistant at an Assisted Living Facility.
