At the Joyce Anita Kikalos Foundation, we believe that Nurses are the Heart Beat of Healthcare. We could not imagine a world without nurse professionals and care givers supporting the medical community. Nurses are the heartbeat of health care because they work hand in hand with physicians, provide comfort and support to families, and most importantly spend a great deal of time caring for our loved ones. Nurses have increasing responsibilities and autonomy with all members of healthcare teams. We believe access to healthcare, sets the foundation for individual and community development.

 

Our goal is to provide nurses with an opportunity to pursue their dreams, ensure they have the resources and tools to be efficient in their career, and provide support to the healthcare community.
